Truck equipment financial services firm GE Capital Fleet Services’ U.S. maintenance control center, located in Eden Prairie, Minn., was recently named a Top 50 Call Center by BenchmarkPortal. The award marks the third time in three years that GE Capital Fleet Services has received recognition from BenchmarkPortal. The company received the designation as part of BenchmarkPortal’s 2013 Top 100 Call Center award program, which compares the performance of contact centers throughout North America by evaluating their key metrics against industry peers.
