Truck-Lite Co., a provider of heavy-duty lighting and visibility systems, announced that U.S. Xpress Enterprises will make Truck-Lite’s new custom LED headlight its factory standard for forward lighting on its new 2014 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. Chattanooga, Tenn.-based U.S. Xpress will have 1,950 Freightliner Cascadia 2014 models built with Truck-Lite’s custom LED headlights in 2014.

Kenworth Truck Co. enhanced its 52-inch mid-roof sleeper offering with the addition of an optional upper bunk and aerodynamic roof fairing for the T680, which is suited for regional haul applications. The upper bunk is for use while the vehicle is parked and not in motion. The T680 52-inch sleeper is standard with a liftable lower bunk that features a 32-inch-wide pocket coil mattress or an optional 38-inch-wide mattress. The optional roof fairing is designed to help optimize aerodynamics for dry van fleets and truck operators involved in regional haul operations.

Donaldson Co., a manufacturer of filtration systems and parts, announced it now offers complete filter coverage for Cummins ISX engines. Donaldson says the Cummins filters are in stock and ready for shipping.

SAF-Holland – a global manufacturer of suspensions, fifth wheels and landing gear – now offers a lifetime warranty on its Holland Atlas 55, Atlas 65 and Mark V landing gear. The lifetime warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for as long as a customer owns the trailer, and is part of SAF-Holland’s 10-Year NoLube landing gear option designed to eliminate the need for greasing for 10 years after the in-service date of the vehicle.
