Heavy-duty refigerated containers

Espar’s Mobile Flex-Cool refrigerated containers are designed for the hygienic transportation of temperature-sensitive goods in the food and medical-pharmaceutical industries. The heavy-duty easy-to-clean containers are made by rotationally molded polyethylene, while the insulation is made by expanded CFC-free polyurethane-foam with thicknesses up to 5 inches.

The line – available as cooling only, cool/heat and cool/freeze – ranges from 22 to 915 liters in volume, with temperatures ranging from -24 to 40 degrees centigrade. These units are equipped with hermetic DC compressors with an integrated AC rectifier; operating voltage is 12-24V DC and 110-240V AC with low amperage draw, allowing the power source to be switched from the vehicle directly to the power grid, such as a plug in a wall.
