Daily health tip: Resolve or avoid fights

Arguing or fighting can build up stress and take an emotional toll on someone. Be the bigger person  and quietly exit the argument. Be the first to apologize, admit it when you’re wrong and don’t argue just to argue. Your relationship with the person you are arguing with will fare much better without the added conflict.
