This year’s Walcott Truckers Jamboree, hosted each year by the Iowa 80 Truckstop in Walcott, Iowa, will be held July 12-14, the truck stop announced today. It also announced the two headlining musical acts that will perform at the show. Logan Mize will perform Thursday in a concert sponsored by CAT Scale, and The Kentucky Headhunters will perform Friday in a concert sponsored by Mobil Delvac.

The Kentucky Headhunters won the Grammy for Best Country Performance in 1990. Mize’s recent album “Come Back Road” debuted in the top 20 on the Billboard Country Albums charts before reaching the No. 2 spot on iTunes country albums chart.

More acts will be added in the coming months, Iowa 80 says.

The show will also feature the Super Truck Beauty Contest, an antique truck display, a pork chop cookout, the Trucker Olympics, carnival games, fireworks shows and over 175 exhibits.

Admission and parking are free, and shuttles will be available to carry attendees from designated truck parking lots to the show grounds.
