Eric Laitinen, based out of Cowley, Alberta, Canada, runs Canada to the United States, mostly to California, Texas and the Midwest, with this 2000 Peterbilt 379. He hauls typical flatbed freight. Laitinen said the truck is nearing 4 million kilometers (or approximately 2.5 million miles), so he’s hoping to rebuild the engine and repaint the truck this winter. The truck has a 3406E Caterpillar engine with 18-speed transmission and 3:55 rear ends. Laitinen added a dropped fiberglass visor and vent shades.
