Home-weekly fleets offered

Home-weekly fleets have started in several regions nationally, Crete Carrier Corp. announced.

Drivers will be paid on practical route miles and can enjoy home time on a weekly basis, a spokesman with the Lincoln, Neb.-carriers group said.

Both Crete Carrier and Shaffer Trucking recently increased starting driver pay 3 cents per practical mile.
