International makes OnCommand system standard, adds Allison transmission options

International Trucks announced last week it is making its OnCommand Connection system standard on its LT Series, RH Series and LoneStar models. The truck maker is also providing two years of free service as part of the package.

The OnCommand Connection device integrates a cellular-enabled hardware platform with systems like remote diagnostics and more. It can also be integrated with over 25 telematics providers.

The company also announced Monday it is making the Allison TC10 transmission available as an option on International LT Series and the Allison 3000 Highway Series for RH Series spec’d with a Cummins X15 engine.
