Knoxville bridge to be closed

On Jan. 3, the Tennessee Department of Transportation will close the Henley Bridge in Knoxville for 24 to 30 months for an extensive rehabilitation project.

The closure will utilize the James White Parkway and Sevierville Pike as a detour route.

The bridge is scheduled to be reopened in 2013.
