Love’s opens new locations in Illinois, Utah

Love’s Travel Stops opened new locations in Greenup, Ill. (pictured), and Brigham City, Utah.

Love’s Travel Stops announced it has added two new locations to its network, bringing with them an additional 180 truck parking spaces.

The Utah location, at Exit 363 on I-15 in Brigham City, offers truckers 94 truck parking spaces and seven showers, along with Subway and Carl’s Jr. restaurants, a Love’s Truck Tire Care Center, Cat scales, DEF and other amenities.

The Illinois store, located in Greenup along I-70 at exit 119, offers 92 truck parking spaces, seven showers, a Chester’s Chicken and an IHOP Express, along with a Love’s Truck Tire Care Center, Cat scales, DEF and more.

After the truck was retired about three years ago, owner Joel Anker had it rebuilt into a show truck. The hard work paid off, with a fifth-place finish in the Limited Mileage -- Bobtail with Miles class at MATS in March.
