Love’s Travel Stops its recent run of expansion in 2019 by adding thousands of new truck parking spaces with the opening of more than 40 new locations, expanding on-site truck and tire services and more.

The projected 2019 growth will bring the company’s location count to more than 500 nationwide. Love’s says in 2018 it opened 35 new truck stop locations with more than 2,900 truck parking spaces.

“The truck parking shortage is a continued focus for us, which is why we plan to add more than 3,000 truck parking spaces at new travel stops this year,” said Greg Love, co-CEO of Love’s. “The addition of more than 30 Love’s Truck Tire Care and Speedco locations will also provide our customers with many more convenient, affordable and reliable options to get them back on the road quicker.”

Love’s since 2017 has added a focus to expanding its tire and lube services with the acquisition of Speedco and expansion of Love’s Truck Tire Care centers. Speedco began offering tire and lube services after the Love’s acquisition, and in 2018 expanded its tire brand offerings to include Michelin, Goodyear, Yokohama, Aeolus, Kelly, Bridgestone, Dayton, BF Goodrich and Love’s Retread.

The company will also continue to offer Love’s Financial services in 2019 for freight factoring and continue expansion of Trillium alternate fuel offerings.
