Mack sponsors hot rod

Mack Trucks announced it will sponsor Tasca Racing, a National Hot Rod Association Mello Yello Series race team based in Charlotte, N.C. As part of the three-year agreement, the company will supply three SmartWay-certified Mack Pinnacle axle-back model trucks, which will transport the race car, engines and additional equipment throughout the team’s nationwide circuit. The trucks are equipped with the Mack Super-Econodyne powertrain package, which includes a Mack 445-hp MP8 engine and Mack mDRIVE automated manual transmission.
