Schneider National Driver and U.S. Navy Reserves veteran David Price has been picked to drive the company’s 11th Ride of Pride truck, a series of trucks designed as rolling tributes to members of the U.S. military.

Freightliner presented Schneider with the truck just before Memorial Day weekend in May, and Price and the truck made their debut at the Rolling Thunder rally in Washington, D.C., that weekend. The truck is a Freightliner Cascadia.

“I feel so honored to drive this impressive truck, which is detailed with memorials such as the Vietnam Memorial, World War II Memorial, Arlington Cemetery and 13 other monuments,” Price said. “I look forward to meeting all my other brothers and sisters from the military and their families throughout the year and sharing this special truck with them.”

Price is a Fort Worth, Texas, resident who spent 14 years in the Navy Reserves beginning in 2013. He has been with Schneider since 2012.
