Kenworth Truck Co. has introduced new features on the W900S, including an additional 6 inches of length and 5 inches of cab height compared to the traditional day cab. The extended day cab also offers 2 more inches behind the wheel, added leg room, up to 21 degrees of recline in the driver’s seat, and an extra 2 cubic feet of storage behind the driver’s seat. To provide better maneuverability, the steering gear has been moved forward ahead of the axle and longer front springs were added to increase wheel cut by 4 degrees.
