Onspot’s GSA contract renewed

Onspot of North America, a provider of automatic tire chains, announced that its General Services Administration contract has been renewed for another five years.

Onspot’s automatic tire chains are designed to allow the operator to engage and disengage tire chains with a dashboard switch without stopping, enhancing traction and braking in snow and ice while remaining productive.

Under the GSA contract, Onspot supplies its devices to the Army, Navy, Air Force and National Parks and Recreation Department, as well as equipping 337 buses for the Veterans Administration.

Onspot first obtained the GSA contract in 2000 and said the new one will continue until February 2020.
