Model567 AWD

Peterbilt’s Model 567, capable of handling the full range of heavy- and severe-duty applications, now is available with a new all-wheel drive option, work-ready for even tougher jobsites and more extreme terrains.

“The Model 567 was engineered to be a rugged, durable workhorse and we continue to expand its capabilities through new features and configurations to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations,” said Robert Woodall, Peterbilt Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing. “The new all-wheel drive Model 567 will help customers go off-road in tough conditions with ample traction, power and maneuverability they can rely on.”

AWD is available for the Model 567 in a set-back front axle configuration. It includes the Marmon-Herrington MT-22H front drive axle rated at 22,000 pounds and the Dana Spicer DS4636 drive axle rated at 46,000 pounds. It can be ordered with a range of auxiliary components, including transfer cases, to meet the full array of customer needs. Or, if customers prefer, the drive axle can be used in place of the transfer case.

The AWD 567 is now available for order and will go into production in April.
