PrePass has added Texas tolls to its PrePass Plus and Tolls Only services.PrePass Plus and PrePass Tolls Only users will now be able roll through Texas tolls operated by the Texas Department of Transportation, the North Texas Tollway Authority and the Harris County Toll Road Authority, the company announced recently.
In order to take advantage of PrePass for Texas tolls, PrePass Plus users must opt in to the new services and complete an authorization form. There is no automatic enrollment for the tolling coverage in Texas, PrePass says.
PrePass Plus combines both weigh station bypass services and tolling services into one transponder, and consolidates them into one bill for carriers.
