Redeyeradioaa 2017 01 25 13 44Westwood One’s Red Eye Radio network is planning for a red, white and blue celebration of the Stars & Stripes this year at its Mid-America Trucking Show booth. MATS 2017, scheduled for March 23-25 in Louisville, Ky., will see performances at the Red Eye Radio booth by well-known artists like Lee “God Bless the USA” Greenwood and Shane Owens, likewise an appearance by Edgar Hansen of the Discovery Channel’s “Deadliest Catch” television show.

Rounding out the performances at the booth will be two singer-songwriters whose star has been on the rise among the trucking community, Jayne Denham and Tony Justice, whose “Stars, Stripes and White Lines” track turned heads on the main stage of the Great American Trucking Show last August.

More recently, Overdrive‘s coverage of the long-haul driver and songwriter’s work with Big Rig Videos’ Chris Fiffie included this video compilation from scenes from a convoy staged in Joplin, Mo., made up primarily of U.S. military veterans:

Australian singer-songwriter Jayne Denham, meanwhile, has roots in the trucking industry down under, where her work is widely known even in the wider pop culture. She made her U.S. debut last August at the Great American Trucking Show:

Visitors to Red Eye Radio’s booth at MATS will also be able to register for Daily Drawings for CB radios, GPS Units, and much more. For specific schedules and details of performances and booth appearances, keep tuned to RedEyeRadioShow.com.
