Jo Carol White was investigated after the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration received information that she was allegedly not conducting drug tests and medical exams on CDL applicants as required by the DOT. The investigation further revealed that White falsified medical exam reports, medical examiner’s certificates and other paperwork.

The OIG says White signed a plea agreement that was submitted to the court, and a sentencing date and hearing are forthcoming.
