Jim Lammon, of Grass Lake, Mich., owns this 1985 Peterbilt 359, and he uses it to haul flatbed regionally. The truck is powered by a 400-hp Caterpillar and 15-speed transmission. “Old iron is getting harder to come by these days, so when I see an old truck like mine, you can bet I will compliment you on it,” Lammon says. “[There] is no better feeling than turning heads with some old iron.”

After the truck was retired about three years ago, owner Joel Anker had it rebuilt into a show truck. The hard work paid off, with a fifth-place finish in the Limited Mileage -- Bobtail with Miles class at MATS in March.
