Latest Dock411 partnership: With Konexial

The Konexial company’s new integration partnership with Dock411 will add dock and trucking points of interest information to Konexial’s My20 ELD and GoLoad dynamic load-matching platform. Under the partnership, My20 and GoLoad drivers with extra hours and capacity can access Dock411 details about shippers/receivers — including wait times, weight limits, parking situations and load/unload procedures — before deciding to accept available loads.

“Konexial’s entire mission is to help solve the most obvious problems for truckers, giving them as much information as possible before they accept a load,” said Ken Evans, Konexial CEO, including average fuel prices along particular lanes, detention compensation information and a commitment to pay with 48 hours of delivery. Add Dock411’s shipper/receiver information — details about local directions, restroom availability, lumper fees, hazards and warehouse photos, as well as reviews of the dock from other drivers — to details that will be available via Konexial’s services upon integration.
