Joplin 44 Truckstop in Joplin, Mo., has added a Caribou Coffee. It’s a full-service specialty coffee shop with a variety of made-to-order coffee drinks, iced coffee, cappuccino, blended cooler and smoothie drinks as well as teas. The Caribou Coffee also features breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, assorted bakery items and grilled cheese sandwiches.
Joplin 44 Truckstop’s main building food offering also include Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Express and the Iron Skillet Restaurant. Joplin 44 is part of the Iowa 80 Group, based in Walcott, Iowa.
