Cookbook for the pro trucker

| February 20, 2013

Roadcookin’: A long haul driver’s guide to healthy eating by Pam Whitfield and Don Jacobson shows how long haul truckers can deal with weight, heart health, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes through nutritional changes. From exploring weight and health concerns to attacking bulging beltlines and out-of-line lab results, Roadcookin’ features modified meal plans. A 28-day meal plan provides readers with four weeks’ worth of menus and shopping lists. Each meal is accompanied by a recipe, created and scaled for one person.

Trucks should be Equipped with cooking stuff like ANY motor home or travel trailer in AMERICA….instead the driver has NOTHING….no refrigerator, stove, shower, toilet….NOTHING..unless he wants to PURCHASE some mickey mouse items and hook them up HIMSELF…if it doesnt Violate company policy…..the Company Driver slends 14 days OTR and is welcome to EAT DIRT and shower in a stream..or one of those NASTY germ ridden truckstop showers..if you could see the animal that was using the shower before YOU…what a pathetic way to live. For Crap Pay Too!! LOL
