Berry smoothie

  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup blueberries and bananas (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 single-serving container of low-fat, low-sugar yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of dry oats

Blend until smooth.
