Corned Beef and Cabbage
2 lbs. corned beef
1 head cabbage – sliced
2 potatoes – diced large
1/2 lb. carrots – chunked
1/2 onion
plug in stove before preparing
Place corned beef in cooking bag. Cook about 1 hour. Add vegetables and cook another 11/2 hours. Enjoy!
