Updated Mar 4, 2020

The 30th annual Waupun Truck-n-Show is scheduled to take place Aug. 9-10 in Waupun, Wisconsin.

Two parades will be held during the show, one of which will the Lights of the Night Parade through downtown Waupun. The city turns off the street lights so the trucks can light the way through town. The other parade is during the afternoon for the show participants to show off their rigs.

Admission to the Truck-n-Show festival grounds is free. In addition to the parades, there will be food and drinks, live music and more.

The show is a non-profit 501-C(7) organization run by volunteers. Organizers take pride in raising money for the Special Olympics, Make-A-Wish Foundation and a 50/50 raffle to help offset the show’s expenses.

For show participates, high bidders determine the lead positions in the night parade with an auction to determine the first five positions. Proceeds go to the Special Olympics of Wisconsin. A similar auction will take place for the afternoon parade with proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish of Wisconsin.
