Daily health tip: Make a plan

Procrastination is a common reason people put off eating healthier or watching their weight. People say they will start eating healthier next week, tomorrow or after the next holiday, but this often doesn’t work. Write down when you will start to eat better and list how you will do that. Set your mind to eating healthier and do it! Instead of waiting until the next holiday, think ‘Wow, I could lose 10 pounds before that holiday. Won’t all my friends and family be impressed?’
