A trucker’s dry van becomes an impromptu bomb shelter for a group of strangers on a lonely country road in the low-budget 1962 Cold War thriller This Is Not a Test, now a $5.95 DVD from www.oldies.com. – U.S. Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., to U.S. Transportation Secretary Mary Peters in a Feb. 28 hearing on the cross-border trucking program
