Everything’s bigger in Texas and this year’s fourth annual Great American Trucking Show never even looked like being an exceptiona to the rule. The show is designed to showcase the best our industry has to offer, to display your strength, ingenuity and grit as you fight back against last year’s terror attacks and a lousy economy.

It’s not too late to point your truck towards Dallas, September 6-8, where old friends, new trucks, new products and boot-stomping country entertainment will be in full swing. What have we got for you? About everything you could want in an American trucking show, including:

New Products Showcase
Attendees say their No. 1 priority at a truck show is to see new products. So GATS 2002 will host the first ever New Products showcase right on the show floor.

Pride & Polish
Overdrive‘s indoor Pride & Polish competition is a beauty contest for the industry’s big rig trucks. It is an extravaganza that has become a renowned event throughout the industry with trucks that will sparkle rain or shine!

Recruitment
GATS attendees can connect with many major companies who offer driver programs, all in one place. Last year more than 80 companies participated.

Internet & Technology
Through hands-on demonstrations, exhibitors display online routing, fuel optimization, freight matching, truck trading, repair services and more.

Entertainment
On Friday, Sept. 6, Volvo Trucks of North America will present RCA recording artist, Tracy Byrd, in concert at 6:30 p.m. Byrd, a country music sensation, will perform songs from his newest album Ten Rounds along with popular hits like “Just Let Me Be In Love.”
