Trucking Solutions Group will host an annual Health Awareness Walk at 9 a.m., Friday, March 23, during the trucking show in Louisville, Ky.
The walk is free but registration is required. Register online at www.truckingsolutionsgroup.org. Registrants will receive T-shirts and goodie bags while supplies last. Walkers will meet in room WH2 of the West Wing of the Kentucky Exposition Center at 8 a.m. for refreshments.
The Health Awareness Walk is a non-competitive 1.5-mile course for anyone in the trucking industry who is thinking about getting fit, wanting to stay healthy or looking for tips to enhance their workouts.
The walk is sponsored by the Trucking Solutions Group and Travel Centers of America (TA/Petro) with support from the Mid-America Trucking Show.
TSG is also partnering with the American Red Cross to sponsor a blood drive from 11 a.m.-5 p.m., March 23-24, during the trucking show. The group’s booth number will be announced later. The Red Cross bloodmobile will be located outside the South Wing entrance.
