“I love trucking. My brother and father were truckers and I have always loved the industry. I am local now and really like to be home with my two children. Being a woman in this job has made me more confident. I love being feminine but doing a tough job.”

Duncan says she believes a beautiful person is someone who is humble and nice to everyone. People comment on her good cheer and happy personality. “A good attitude is contagious. I feel like I’m a great adventure and that shows through. But I’m also very humble and grateful for the opportunity to be a truck driver. I tell girls who ask me about a career in trucking to go for it. No fear allowed!”
