Sandy: Gas, diesel transporters can sidestep regs

| November 05, 2012

Distributors and transporters of gasoline, diesel and kerosene coming into New york can enter the state without having to meet the usual registration requirements, announced Gov. Andrew Cuomo Nov. 2. The order does not say when the suspension of rules will end.
