Peterbilt ranks highest in customer satisfaction in conventional medium-duty trucks, according to a 2009 survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates. The fleet has received the highest customer satisfaction rating in the medium-duty segment for three out of the last four years.
The fleet’s ranking includes the highest scores in vehicle performance and cost of ownership factors, J.D. Power and Associates reported.
Survey researchers interviewed nearly 1,600 fleet managers or owner-operators, of two-year-old conventional cab medium-duty trucks.
