Marten transport offers 3-cent bonus
Marten Transport will give owner-operator teams a 3-cent-per-mile bonus on top of their normal pay.

The bonus makes it possible for owner-operator teams to earn as much as 87 cents per mile, according to the Wisconsin-based company, which twice this year raised its pay for company drivers.


SON NAMED DART PRESIDENT
David Oren became Dart Transit president Oct. 1. His father, Donald Oren, stepped down as president to become board chairman.

Dart was founded in 1934 by Earl Oren, David’s grandfather.

CRST MALONE honored driver Timothy Downs for achieving 2 million miles of safe driving. Downs has been driving for 21 years, mostly for CRST, based in Birmingham, Ala.
