No four-wheelers up there

In case they didn’t have enough obstacles in their way, owner-operators using Apple’s newish and quite expensive iPhone or iPod Touch can now take advantage of a new opportunity for dodging in Space Truckers. The game, developed by the folks at iMakeApps specifically for the Apple devices, is available for a few bucks and puts such things as “asteroids, planets and other spaceships,” according to the AppStoreFeed site, where you can purchase it, in your path en route to a safe, on-time delivery on another planet or docking station.

The game also features “multiple layers of scrolling and moving objects, clean audio effects and smooth gameplay.” And, the makers say, you can give yourself “a cool trucker name to go along with your saved high scores.” But you probably already have one of those.
