Peterbilt announces new vocational model tractor

20130320-161849.jpgPeterbilt unveiled today a new vocational truck, the Model 567, at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Ky., where it also announced the availability of a new 80-inch sleeper for its Model 579 truck.

The 579 was unveiled at the same show two years ago. In addition to an 80-inch sleeper option, the truck maker also said today a new mid-length option for the 579 will be available as an option.

    Come on Paccar, i know you are trying to get into the fleet market but you have to maintain your image and this isnt the way. I have to agree, its like frankentruck, cross between a 80’s Volvo and a Freightliner

    (feeling sorry for you ) you are right, i cant deny that. i do love my old trucks and old days. Just seemed to be a lot of fun back then.
