Pilot Flying J increases benefits in fuel card program

| January 04, 2011

Drivers who purchase 500 gallons or more in a month will receive a free shower with a seven-day limit, Pilot Flying J announced. The benefits are part of the new Frequent Fueler Advantage program, which started Jan. 3.

Cardholders who buy 1,000 gallons or more of fuel in a calendar month earn a free shower with a 10-day limit in the Frequent Fueler Advantage program. Also, delivery expeditors may benefit from the shower credits in the new announced program at participating Pilot and Flying J plazas.

Additionally, a new service, Pump Start, will allow drivers paying with cash, a check or a third-party credit card to use their Frequent Fueler Advantage card to start the fuel pumps. Members must register their card at the cashier counter and must have 500 gallons of purchase history to activate the Pump Start feature.

Customers will receive a onetime 200 point bonus reward for their initial registration with Frequent Fueler Advantage. Drivers who hold the company’s current cards, including Frequent Fueler and Driver Payback cards, should register them under the new program. Customers can also pick up a new card at any Pilot or Flying J and register to receive the enhanced benefits at participating locations.

Pilot Flying J will continue to honor the points accumulated on current Frequent Fueler, RV Real Value Card and Driver Payback cards.

Drivers may register their cards and check points on their receipts at store kiosks or at Frequent Fueler Advantage.

I have tried to register my frequent fueler card 5 times now but will not let me. I sent e/mail to pilot with all imformation and they said they would see that you got it,but haven’t received any e/mails from you or any offers ,coupons or even a verification that I have registered. I am receiving my double points, but no bonus points. My card # is 7777 1047 1905 94. I would appreciate it if nyou would register it and e/mail me with verification. I have been a pilot user for years and have had my card for years, but am told I need to register it,but when I put in the address your page will not come up.
