Pilot Flying J announced its launch of a new fast and casual dining concept at select travel centers and plazas nationwide. The first opened this month in St. Marys, Ga. In addition to the travel center’s coffee and cappuccino selections, the new dining area offers a menu featuring hot soups, home-style platters, fresh-made salads, cold sandwiches, a frozen yogurt bar, pizza, hot dogs and more. The dining area also offers hot breakfast platters including steel-cut oatmeal and biscuits and gravy. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Pilot will announce specific locations soon in areas across the U.S.
