PrePass opens in Port St. Lucie, Fla.

A new PrePass site has opened in Martin County, Fla., on the northbound side of Interstate 95 near Port St. Lucie. PrePass is an automated vehicle identification system that allows commercial vehicles to bypass certain weigh stations by being pre-screened.
