Sorry

Police in Springdale, Ark., say the driver of an 18-wheeler was more emphatic than necessary in refusing to accept a ticket for running a stop sign. After the driver was stopped, he threatened the officer, put the truck in reverse and backed into a patrol car, shoving it 40 feet into a ditch and against a fence, police say.

Kenneth Ray Hartwell, 49, of Siloam Springs, Ark., was arrested a few minutes later when he stopped the truck to make a delivery. Maybe he could argue that the patrol car, which was totaled, was in his No-Zone.
