Estimated 650 truckers participate in annual Mother’s Day Convoy
Organizers estimate some 650 truckers turned out in a cold, all-day rain in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for the 26-mile convoy that has become one of the more unusual Mother’s Day traditions. While final numbers are not yet in, it’s believed they will have raised more than $500,000 for Make-A-Wish.

Annual Make-A-Wish Mother’s Day Convoy returns this weekend
The chapter looks to raise $500,000 this year with the event, which it achieved last year by raising $501,387 with 539 truck drivers participating in the convoy and fundraiser.Drivers who wish to participate in Sunday’s event can still register online with a minimum $100 donation.
