Trucker who fell asleep at wheel after falsifying logs awarded $80M
Trucker Lauro Lozano accused his employers of forcing him to change his logs to show he took his 34-hour break and take a load from Texas to Maryland. He fell asleep at the wheel along I-59 in Alabama and rear-ended another truck, causing severe injuries to himself.
