Van owner-operators are eligible to earn 95 cents per mile, a 5-cent per mile increase, Green Bay, Wis.-based Schneider National announced today. Schneider owner-operators will earn 92 cents per mile and an additional 3 cents per mile in a quarterly performance premium. Up to $1.65 per mile with short haul premiums can be earned, the carrier said.

O&S offers owner-operator pay raise

Owner-operators paid by the mile are eligible for a pay increase, Springfield, Mo.-based O&S announced recently. Independent contractors now receive $1 per mile on all miles with an opportunity to increase to $1.02 per mile within 90 days.
