Owner-operator team drivers of tractors and straight trucks can get sign-on bonuses of up to $15,000, Seville, Ohio-based Panther Expedited Services announced. Contractors who sign up with Roadrunner Transportation Services can earn incentive of up to $2,000 per quarter through October to Dec. 31, 2001.
