Carrier registration for 2018 fiscal year delayed indefinitely pending FMCSA notice
Independent owner-operators will not be able to complete the carrier registration process for the 2018 fiscal year “until further notice,” the UCR Board announced Friday. The Board also has told states to suspend enforcement of 2018 registration compliance until 90 days after a coming FMCSA notice.
