Interstate speed limits could increase to 75 in parts of West Virginia
Lawmakers in West Virginia this month passed a resolution that gives the state’s transportation secretary the ability to raise speed limits on interstates within the state to 75 miles per hour. It is unclear at this point which interstates WV DOT may target for a speed limit increase.
