Dear Carolyn,
In response to Corky; the toilet seat has little to do with the debate itself. I’m a guy who thinkss it’s just good manners to leave the toilet seat down for the next lady. My mother explained to me the woman’s point of view:by leaving the toilet seat down, you are showing love and consideration for your wife, spouse, daughter or girlfriend. Your action means she does not have to sit on a cold lid or one that often times has other “nasties” on it.
