TransAlive USA’s AmCoach has been dispatched to Joplin, Mo., as a command center for truckers working recovery and debris removal following the tornado.

AmCoach provides services for drivers working disasters. This includes food, counseling provided by chaplains, sleeping accommodations for volunteers, and communication and coordinating with the Red Cross and local agencies.

TransAlive said residents need cleaning materials, tarps and heavy plastic in recovering from the May 22 tornado.
