U.S. Xpress expands reefer service

Coast-to-coast, reefer service expanded recently, Chattanooga, Tenn.-based U.S. Xpress Enterprises said. The fleet now operates 100 reefer trucks and expects to have 250 by the end of 2012.
Primary service lanes are from California to the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions and back to California, the carrier says. The fleet is also expanding volumes in a lane of service from California to the upper Midwest.
