Union agrees to end strikes at California ports
After an eight-day strike that put halted work for thousands of truckers, the union representing clerical workers and the Los Angeles/Long Beach Harbor Employers Association announced the two parties have agreed to contract terms.
The announcement came late Tuesday, and work should resume today.
